How You Will Contribute Development and implementation of pioneering transformation concepts Supporting clients in transformation and turnaround projects ( apíd results) International projects focused on strategy, corporate structure or company-wide efficiency improvements Qualifications Excellent academic credentials (Master's degree or higher) Previous exposure to operational restructuring, turnaround management, post-merger integration, carve-outs, business transformation and/or performance improvement At least 5+ years of relevant experience in a leading restructuring, strategy or management consulting firm Having practical industry experience beyond consultancy is regarded as a valuable asset Well-developed communication skills & the ability to work with diverse and complex stakeholder groups Finance knowledge with experience of building or working with integrated financial models and willingness to develop these skills further An impact-focused mindset with a collaborative and engaging personality Native speaker or business fluent German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage The Opportunity
