Create purposeful, audience-centered content that aligns with brand voice, product positioning, and marketing priorities. Translate complex ideas into clear, accessible language, particularly in financial and insurance contexts.
Contribute to campaign development, including creating message variations that support audience segmentation and performance goals. Develop a wide range of content, such as product materials, sales enablement tools, digital and social content, presentations, and marketing communications.
Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy, ensuring all content adheres to brand guidelines and established processes. Manage multiple projects and timelines effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Continuously build knowledge of the organization’s brand, products, and services.
Requirements 7+ years of copywriting across multiple formats and channels. Ability to simplify complex or technical information for diverse audiences. Skilled at synthesizing input from multiple sources into cohesive, effective messaging. Comfortable adjusting tone, style, and approach based on audience and channel.
Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement through iteration. Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Workfront, Mural, Figma, or similar). Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field preferred.
Familiarity with financial services, insurance, or investment products, and understanding of marketing and sales processes. Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in crafting persuasive copy that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals, while effectively managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
