Key Responsibilities Proactive asset management of a diversified portfolio across office, residential, retail, logistics and mixed‑use assets Development and implementation of asset strategies to maximize value and performance Business plan creation, execution and continuous monitoring Financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis Management of external service providers (property managers, leasing agents, technical advisors, etc.) Lease management, negotiations and tenant relationship management Support in acquisitions, disposals and due diligence processes Close collaboration with investment, transactions, finance and legal teams Preparation of reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and investors Your Profile Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience in asset management, ideally within an institutional environment Generalist mindset with exposure to all major asset classes Strong commercial an This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on, commercially minded real estate professional to take responsibility across a diversified portfolio and all major asset classes.
