Overview As a Senior Art Director, you will lead the creative vision and execution of high‑impact projects, ensuring the highest level of creative excellence and brand consistency.

Working closely with a Creative Copywriter and other members of the Creative Department, you will develop innovative ideas for multi‑channel campaigns, adhere to project schedules, and oversee the completion of project executions for print, digital, websites, printed collateral, and presentation graphics.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements Lead the development and execution of creative strategies, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. Generate original creative ideas and concepts to fulfil the client’s brief, producing sketches, storyboards, or scamps to communicate ideas.

Create conceptual branding concepts and designs, print ads, digital ads, website pages, social media campaign executions, trade show displays, and other collateral. Collaborate with colleagues, vendors, and business partners on materials design and execution.

Maintain regular, high‑level communication with the Creative Director and senior leadership, aligning on project vision and contributing to strategic discussions. Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas that push creative boundaries and elevate the quality of the final product.

Independently manage time to meet deadlines and handle multiple assignments simultaneously. Adopt a mindset of innovation, bringing fresh ideas and challenging the status‑quo in a constructive manner. Deliver high‑quality, consistent work with strong attention to detail. Self‑motivated and able to adapt to challenges.

Help be at the forefront of AI adoption and communicate changes and innovation to the rest of the department. Early adopter of digital technologies, leveraging them to drive innovation and efficiency in Creative.

Qualifications / Experience A degree‑level qualification or proven creative experience working in an advertising agency. 6+ years of experience as an Art Director or Mid‑weight Art Director in a similar agency environment. Exceptional information presentation (visual and written) experience.

Highly proficient in design, typography, retouching, video, and motion. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Solid experience working across a range of web layout/digital design projects. A deep passion for branding, content, and creative storytelling. Strong artistic and creative abilities, with a keen eye for design and typography.

Strong creative POV with an understanding of business objectives. Thorough knowledge of relevant and latest industry trends and practices. Flexibility to adapt ideas to suit client expectations and their feedback efficiently. Passion, enthusiasm, and integrity for producing outstanding creative work. Fluent in German and English.
