You will operate at the intersection of customers, product management, and R&D, acting as the primary technical interface and shaping how our memory solutions are evaluated, integrated, and deployed in real systems. Responsibilities Act as the primary technical interface for customers evaluating and deploying DRAM+ and CACHE+ solutions.

Lead product evaluations with internal and external customers, including power and performance characterization and technical reviews. Support proof‑of‑concept(POC) activities, design‑ins, and early production ramps. Create and maintain application notes, technical collateral, and customer‑facing presentations.

Provide technical support to sales and business development, including customer workshops and deep‑dive technical sessions. Your profile Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).

Proven experience in memory technologies, embedded systems, or similar domains. Experience in a customer‑facing technical role (e.g. applications engineering, field engineering, or technical support).

Programming and scripting experience in Python for automation, analysis, and evaluation workflows ; experience with C/C++ for embedded systems , firmware interaction, or low‑level platform bring‑up is a plus. Hands‑on laboratory skills and proficiency with standard lab equipment (logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, etc.).

Experience building evaluation platforms, reference designs, or development kits. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and technical communication skills.
