YOUR CHALLENGE Build reliable, documented, tested, and reusable data products that solve real business problems using dbt and SQL, individually and in teams Work closely with stakeholders to understand business context, definitions, constraints and decisions to be supported Design modular dbt pipelines that turn source data into business-conformed datamarts Apply software development practices, including Git-based workflows, pull requests, CI/CD, code reviews and controlled deployments Implement meaningful data quality tests that catch high-impact issues and create actionable signals Support colleagues through reviews, design discussions, and sharing of good analytics engineering practices YOUR SKILLS A university degree in Business, Economics, Business Information Management, Data Science, or related field Excellent SQL skills and the ability to write clear, modular data logic and maintainable transformation pipelines demonstrated through 3-5 years experience in analytics engineering using dbt Cloud Deep knowledge of dbt Cloud and the Analytics Development Lifecycle framework Good understanding of modern software development practices, including Git, pull requests, and code reviews A rigorous approach to documentation, testing, and data quality Experience with cloud data platforms, preferably Google Cloud and BigQuery Ability to probe and understand business needs, explain complex data topics, discuss definitions, assumptions, trade-offs in plain business terms.

As an Analytics Engineer, you will work at the intersection of business consulting, data modelling, and software engineering. Fluency in written and oral English is required.
