Responsibilities Review study protocols and investigate testing requirements to facilitate timely responses for proposals Coordinate testing methods with ACM Research & Development, ACM Laboratory and referral laboratory partners Act as a link and interface between the laboratory and other departments Serve as a subject matter expert within the team, provide support with escalations and assist with team member training Review and prepare pricing documents, noting and correcting any discrepancies Maintain relationships between ACM and referral laboratories Provide scientific/technical information to compile client RFPs and RFIs Assist in coordinating the testing methods with referral labs Alert leadership to any issues during the life cycle of the study related to testing needs Suggest and help implement improved work methods Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years as a clinical laboratory scientist 3 years relevant laboratory experience 2 years clinical trials experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines Ability to work independently and in a team setting Proficient in Microsoft Office MT (ASCP) Certification - Preferred Certifications & Qualifications MT (ASCP) Certification Tools & Technologies Microsoft Office #J-18808-Ljbffr
