(Senior) Analyst – Data & AI Advisory Germany We are looking for a motivated (Senior) Analyst to join our Data & AI Advisory team and support clients in unlocking the potential of data and artificial intelligence. Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Provide technical leadership across project teams from requirements through architecture, delivery oversight, and operational handover. Design secure, scalable, and resilient Azure architectures for modern workloads.

What you’ll do: Design and develop high-performance, security-focused, and robust software components and API's Integrate with other backend systems Have a solid understanding of agile/scrum software development teams and processes Contribute actively to the design, coding, integration, testing and deployment of high-quality deliverables.

Version: .Net 8 (Core) Harnessing modern development and DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization, automated testing. 5+ years of experience with .Net development and design Have programming experience with C#, Typescript and PowerShell Have experience with MS Visual Studio, ASP.NET, Blazor, and NuGet Have experience with ADO.NET, and relational databases; Having experience with Azure DevOps, SonarQube, Docker, Kubernetes is a benefit.

Research & Analysis: Gather and interpret data to support the development of data… Qualifications Experience: Internship or academic projects in data analytics, AI, or related fields are a plus. Skills: Basic technical understanding of data management concepts, data and analytic platforms, and AI technologies.

Familiarity with tools such as M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power BI or Power Platform is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent language skills: German at C1 level or higher and strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken) Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

Build, train, and optimize machine learning models, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning approaches. Implement and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data quality and accessibility for model development and production.

Work with cloud platforms (such as Azure, AWS, or GCP) to operationalize AI solutions, leveraging services like Azure ML, Cognitive Services, or their equivalents. Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and support the integration of AI models into production systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in model performance, data quality, and deployment pipelines. Communicate technical concepts and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additionally, you’ll also be comfortable in working on application development projects for our client who is a reputable business operating within the Alcohol, Tobacco, and Sanitary industry sector. Cloud & DevOps Key Responsibilities Lead the design and governance of DevOps CI/CD strategies and enterprise delivery pipelines.

Architect and oversee implementation of Azure cloud solutions aligned to client business and technology strategies. Define and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and DevOps practices across Azure environments. Lead technical assessments and cloud adoption strategies for customers moving to Azure.

Conduct architectural and technical reviews to ensure solutions meet security, compliance, performance, and business objectives. Mentor and guide analysts and consultants in delivery and capability development. Contribute to pre‑sales activities including solution shaping, estimations, proposals, and client presentations.

Conduct code reviews and suggest areas for refactoring and improvement Have a keen eye for identifying improvement opportunities, and the skill to get buy‑in and ensure implementation Skills and experiences: Core expertise: .Net specialist.
