Collaborate and strategize with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CA Solutions products. Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.
Responsibilities Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products. Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures.
Understand and support national, regional and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products. Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business. Work in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.
Serve as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service and support. Serve as a regional champion to share your experience and influence others to be proficient in the mapping technology.
Requirements High school diploma PLUS a minimum of related 8 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation. Associate degree PLUS a minimum of related 6 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation. Bachelor degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation. B.A./B.S.
Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with minimum of four years work experience in cardiac field, hospital/ clinic or sales. Proven track record with technical training assignments.
Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, in a hospital/clinic or EP medical sales providing technical / clinical support. Ability to travel more than 75% of the time. Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.
