Senior Accountant / Manager - Tax (Part-Time, Fully Remote)

We’re now looking for a Senior Accountant / Manager to take ownership of tax compliance and ongoing tax management for our client base on a permanent, part-time and fully remote basis. The role
This is a senior, outcome-based role with a strong technical focus on tax compliance, accuracy, and proactive, year-round tax management.
You’ll have clear ownership across our client base, working independently with minimal noise and zero busywork.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Preparing company, trust and individual income tax returns for company directors only (we do not service individuals generally) Managing tax journals in Xero, ensuring tax positions are accurately reflected in client ledgers Preparing and/or reviewing BAS Providing proactive email updates to clients on BAS and superannuation liabilities using our automated workbooks Performing year-round tax planning, including calculating income tax liabilities to date for companie
