This role will also be responsible for preparation and analyzing financial reports to make sure they reflect correct and reliable financial position of the company. /p pThe role will be reporting directly to Finance Operations Director Central Europe. /p h3Essential Duties and Responsibilities /h3 ul liMaintain financial transactions and ensure their accuracy and quality /li liIncoming and outgoing payment posting/preparation followed up by bank reconciliation /li liPerforming closing entries and documentation in accordance with internal control guidelines. /li liProcess supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy with capturing of information /li liPreparing statutory financial statements and group reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) in compliance with statutory and US GAAP requirements /li liPeriodical reporting (OneStream) /li liManaging balance sheet accounts, receivables, and payables, as well as fixed asset and lease accounting. /li liWorking with external and internal auditors /li liIdentifying and implementing opportunities to improve accounting processes and systems /li liManaging ad hoc projects such as system migrations and the implementation of new processes /li /ul h3Education and Experience /h3 ul liDegree in accounting finance, 4+ years of experience in accounting and finance /li liExperience in preparing financial statements in compliance with local accounting standards and US GAAP /li liStrong knowledge of accounting and tax law /li /ul h3Knowledge, Skills and Abilities /h3 ul liOrganized with the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. /li liExperience with data entry processing within web‑based ERP systems (Sage) and online banking. /li liAbility to move quickly through numerous order entry steps with accuracy while paying close attention to details. /li liProven ability to follow through and resolve issues. /li liMust have strong attention to detail, and organizational skills. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in German on native level and English proficient level. /li liTeam‑oriented philosophy is a must with ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. /li liWillingness to work on a flexible schedule, according to activity and volume. /li /ul h3Working Conditions /h3 ul liA growing, diverse, and pet‑friendly sector. /li liA motivating and dynamic work environment conducive to personal and professional growth. /li liA permanent contract. /li liCompetitive salary based on profile and experience. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr ph3About Antech /h3 pAntech is a leader in veterinary diagnostics, driven by our passion for innovation that delivers better animal health outcomes.
