WinGD is looking for a Senior Accountant (m/f/d) Location: Winterthur Workload: 100% Start Date: As per agreement Your Responsibilities Take ownership of defined areas of the monthly and annual closing under Swiss Local GAAP (OR) Prepare and reconcile accruals, provisions, intercompany transactions and GL accounts Ensure high data quality and compliance with internal policies and control frameworks Act as a key contact for internal and external audits Support and coach team members in accounting topics and promote a culture of quality, structure, and continuous learning within the team Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, contribute to process improvements with other departments (SCM, Sales, etc.) Analyze and improve end-to-end finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) Contribute to ERP enhancements and digitalization initiatives You critically challenge existing accounting processes and tools, contribute ideas for optimization, and drive their implementation Your Profile Advanced professional qualification in Finance Powering transformation for a sustainable future At WinGD and across the shipping industry we face unprecedented change as we strive to bring greater sustainability into our global business.
