Intergraph Canada ULC (Part of Octave) is looking for a motivated and high‑performing finance professional to fill an immediate opening for a Senior Accountant.
Responsibilities Reporting to the Controller, you will take ownership of key accounting and finance functions including complex financial analysis, tax compliance, and financial close and reporting.
Monthly reporting: prepare meaningful financial insights, services backlog, margin analysis, dashboards, and business performance analysis on balance sheet and revenue.
Deliver accurate and timely month‑end close activities within tight deadlines, including preparing and reviewing complex journal entries such as revenue recognition, accruals, prepayments, and other adjusting entries. Reconciling key GL accounts and proactively resolving variances.
Manage tax compliance across jurisdictions, including preparing and filing annual corporate income tax returns and monthly sales tax filings. Oversee accounts receivable and lead collection efforts to ensure timely customer payments and healthy cash flow.
Maintain cash flow forecasts and provide actionable insights into liquidity and working capital.
