Ensure timely payments and follow up on outstanding receivables. /li libReconciliations: /b Perform regular bank, credit card, and intercompany reconciliations to ensure financial data integrity. /li libMonth-End Year-End Close: /b Assist the Finance Manager with the month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals, prepayments, and standard journal entries. /li libTaxes Compliance: /b Assist in the preparation and filing of Swiss VAT returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations and Swiss accounting standards (Code des obligations). /li libReporting: /b Support the preparation of monthly financial statements, management reports, and ad-hoc financial analysis. /li libProcess Optimization: /b Continuously look for ways to improve, automate, and streamline accounting processes and internal controls. /li /ul h3Requirements Qualifications /h3 ul libEducation: /b Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Brevet Fédéral de spécialiste en finance et comptabilité (in progress or completed), or CFC d'employé(e) de commerce with a strong accounting focus. /li libExperience: /b 3–5 years of proven experience as an Accountant, ideally within a fast-paced corporate, startup, or scale-up environment. /li libTechnical Skills: /b ul liSolid understanding of Swiss accounting principles (Swiss OR). /li liAdvanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). /li liHands‑on experience with modern ERP systems or accounting software (BI a plus). /li /ul /li libLanguages: /b Fluency in French and English is required (both written and spoken). ppAt Batgroup, we’re on a mission to bring peace of mind into people’s lives and fairness into the home cleaning industry.
