Job Responsibilities Join a collaborative and international finance team Take ownership of key areas within financial accounting Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with German GAAP (HGB) Manage general ledger accounting, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and resolution of accounting issues Execute and support intercompany accounting processes, including reconciliations and coordination with international subsidiaries Contribute to group reporting and support the preparation of consolidated financial information under HGB Ensure accurate and timely execution of core accounting operations, including accounts payable processes and payment workflows Act as a key contact for external auditors and tax advisors during annual audits and compliance reviews Support tax-related topics such as VAT, transfer pricing, and withholding tax Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes, including standardization, documentation, and automation initiatives Actively develop and optimize the ERP system NetSuite and support finance transformation initiatives Collaborate closely with international finance teams across multiple entities and regions Requirements Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in an international or fast-growing en
