service management of SAP Cloud ALM and SAP for Me. /li /brliPrepare and present regular service review reports covering system health, SLA performance and planned improvement measures. /li /brliProvide technical support for S/4HANA migrations and cloud transformation initiatives delivered under RISE contracts. /li /brliIntroduce automation for monitoring and alerting in order to reduce incident response times. /li /brliMaintain and continuously develop your technical expertise in line with the Group IT strategy and business objectives. /li /brliCarry out any other duties assigned by management that are appropriate to the role and your professional qualifications. /li /br /ul /brh3Your qualifications: /h3 /brul /brliSeveral years of experience in SAP technical service delivery leadership. /li /brliStrong technical expertise in SAP RISE, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP for Me, SAP BTP and IT service

management. /li /brliIn-depth knowledge of SAP service requests, SLA monitoring and system provisioning visibility. /li /brliSound understanding of ITIL-based service management, particularly incident, problem and change management. /li /brliExtensive experience as an SAP Release Manager, including the coordination of multiple deployments and ownership of the SAP release calendar. /li /brliExperience managing SAP Basis system copies and updates as part of release activities. /li /brliParticipation in S/4HANA projects covering the complete end-to-end project lifecycle. /li /brliPractical experience configuring and managing SAP Cloud ALM for requirements, testing, deployment and release management. /li /brliKnowledge of the core standard SAP end-to-end processes used by the business community. /li /brliExperience with business process monitoring, including the setup of process monitoring,
