Start: ASAP or by agreement. /ppWe are supporting a manufacturing organisation in the Greater Zurich area in the search for a Senior SAP MDG Consultant to join their internal SAP team on a permanent basis. Location: Greater Zurich Area (relocation required, hybrid working within Switzerland possible). Employment Type: Permanent.
Language: German / English mandatory. In this role, you will take ownership of SAP Master Data Governance topics and contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global master data processes across the organisation.
This is a key position within the SAP landscape, with strong visibility and close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliTake ownership of SAP MDG within the enterprise SAP landscape. /liliDesign, implement, and enhance master data governance processes (Material, Supplier, Customer, etc.). /liliDefine and maintain data governance frameworks and data quality standards in collaboration with business stakeholders. /liliSupport integration between SAP and non‑SAP systems in a complex IT landscape. /liliLead workshops and contribute to solution design and system configuration activities. /liliEnsure alignment with global best practices in master data management and governance. /liliAct as a key interface between IT and business for all MDG‑related topics. /liliDrive continuous improvement of master data processes and system capabilities. /li /ulh3Profile Requirements /h3ulliSeveral years of hands‑on experience with SAP MDG (Senior level required). /liliProven experience in SAP implementation and/or transformation projects. /liliStrong understanding of master data processes and governance frameworks. /liliExperience in manufacturing or complex industrial environments is a strong advantage. /liliAbility to work independently and take ownership in complex SAP landscapes. /liliStrong stakeholder management and communication skills. /liliFluent English required. /liliGerman is a strong nice to have (not mandatory but highly beneficial). /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3pPermanent in‑house role (no consulting contract).
