Your responsibilities: Analyse and optimise existing business processes within SAP FI/CO Advise on architecture decisions and support solution design within the S/4HANA transformation Plan and facilitate FIT/GAP workshops with business stakeholders Design, customise and implement processes in SAP S/4HANA Prepare and maintain project documentation and execute data migration activities Plan and execute testing as well as end‑user training Support cutover, go‑live and hypercare phases Act as SME for the Controlling domain and communicate with stakeholders up to C‑level Ensure quality assurance within the SAP Controlling workstream Must have: Proven experience as an SAP FI/CO Senior Consultant with a strong focus on Controlling (CO) Hands‑on S/4HANA project experience — ideally in a transformation context Experience facilitating FIT/GAP workshops and driving solution design Strong stakeholder communication skills, including C‑level Business‑fluent German — project language is German Resident in Germany Good to have: Experience within agricultural trading or similar industrial sectors Background in data migration and cutover management Quality assurance experience in SAP CO environments Experience working in hybrid remote/on‑site project setups Practical details: Primarily remote | On‑site: Vechta, Nedersachsen, Germany, approx. once per month Start: ASAP — until mid‑2027 Capacity: 60–80% Max. hourly rate: EUR 140/hour (travel expenses reimbursed) Project language: German We offer: At WeQuel, you become part of a consultant team that puts people first — we believe success is built through commitment, collaboration and growth.
