This is a role for experienced leaders ready to operate at Senior Manager level, drive strategic client engagements, and shape the future of SAP Banking delivery. Salary range: €120,000–€165,000 for Senior Manager level. Leading bonus scheme within the SAP consulting market. Multiple SAP Pinnacle Award winner. 30 days paid annual leave. Paid overtime or additional leave in lieu. Flexible working model, including hybrid and remote options.
Own senior stakeholder relationships and ensure successful project execution across multiple workstreams. Drive advisory work across SAP banking solutions including FPSL, PaPM, FSDM, and related areas. Lead business development activities including pre‑sales, proposals, and client presentations.
Manage budgets, project governance, and delivery quality across engagements. Contribute to building and growing a high‑performing SAP Banking practice. Your profile At least 7+ years of experience in SAP Banking consulting. Proven track record at Senior Manager level (or equivalent leadership role).
Deep expertise in SAP Banking solutions such as FPSL, PaPM, and FSDM. Strong experience in S/4HANA transformation programmes. Demonstrated success in client leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery ownership. Strong background in business development, sales, and pre‑sales activities.
