About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Remote Technical Lead to oversee their installation and maintenance operations. This is a fully remote position where you will lead a team of technicians, provide expert technical guidance, and ensure the highest standards of service delivery across all client installations. Your responsibilities will include developing best practices, mentoring team members, and resolving complex technical challenges remotely. Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a remote team of installation and maintenance technicians, setting performance goals and providing ongoing feedback.
Develop and implement standardized procedures and best practices for equipment installation and servicing.
Provide advanced remote technical support and troubleshooting for complex installation issues.
Oversee the quality assurance process for all installations, ensuring compliance with standards.
Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to provide feedback and improve product design based on field experiences.

Requirements

Extensive experience in installation, maintenance, and technical support roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or senior technical capacity.
Proven ability to manage and motivate a remote technical team effectively.
Deep understanding of complex technical systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with remote collaboration tools, project management software, and diagnostic platforms.
