Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global sanitation strategy aligned with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive sanitation policies, procedures, and training programs for all facilities.
• Oversee and guide regional sanitation teams, ensuring consistent application of standards and best practices.
• Conduct periodic remote assessments and audits of facilities to evaluate sanitation effectiveness and compliance.
• Identify emerging risks and trends in sanitation and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including Operations, Quality Assurance, and R&D, to integrate sanitation best practices.
• Manage budgets for global sanitation programs, including supplies, equipment, and training.
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in sanitation processes and technologies.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert on sanitation and hygiene for the organization.
• Prepare executive-level reports on sanitation performance, compliance status, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent in Environmental Health, Public Health, Microbiology, Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sanitation management, with a significant portion in global or multi-site operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in international sanitation regulations, hygiene protocols, and industry standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP, GFSI).
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful large-scale sanitation programs.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and change management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
