Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and successful deployment of global software projects.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams, sales, customer support, and end-users across different time zones.

• Ensure adherence to global compliance, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and company standards.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on managing large-scale, international software deployments.
• Proven success in leading remote teams and managing projects across multiple regions and time zones.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana).
• Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and SaaS products.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence effectively across different cultures.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification is highly preferred.
