Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple software development projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Define project scope, objectives, technical requirements, and deliverables in collaboration with product owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies, proactively addressing potential roadblocks.
• Foster strong communication and collaboration within distributed development teams and with clients.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular progress updates and comprehensive reports.
• Ensure the quality and timely delivery of software releases, adhering to established standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically within software development environments.
• Proven expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies; certifications such as CSM or PMP-Agile are highly desirable.
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams effectively.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver high-quality software products.
