Key Responsibilities

• Originate and execute a broad range of investment banking transactions, including M&A, IPOs, debt and equity financing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, private equity firms, and institutional investors.
• Lead deal teams through all phases of the transaction process, from origination to closing.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence.
• Prepare persuasive pitch books, presentations, and offering memorandums.

• Mentor and guide junior investment banking professionals.
• Stay abreast of market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes impacting the financial industry.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in investment banking or corporate finance.
• Demonstrated success in originating and executing complex M&A and capital markets transactions.
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring.
• Exceptional client relationship management and business development skills.
• Strong leadership qualities and experience managing deal teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.
