Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of complex industrial processes, identifying key performance drivers and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for enhancing efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques, simulation, and modeling to support decision-making.
• Design and oversee the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior industrial engineers and technical staff.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and management, using virtual tools.
• Develop and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies in industrial engineering.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for assigned initiatives.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on process optimization and operational excellence.
• Proven experience in leading complex engineering projects and driving significant improvements.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred), and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic) and advanced data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote team environment and manage projects independently.
• Professional Engineer (PE) designation is a strong asset.
