Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to address business challenges.
• Clean, process, and analyze large, complex datasets from various sources.
• Develop and validate predictive models, classification models, and recommendation systems.
• Interpret and communicate complex analytical results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI.
• Identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business value and innovation.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the team's knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, including relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas).
• Strong experience with SQL and working with large datasets.
• Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex findings clearly.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote environment.
