Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive cleaning operation strategies and standards for national deployment.
• Oversee and manage remote teams of cleaning supervisors and personnel across various locations.

• Manage operational budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in managing large-scale cleaning operations, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management role.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams and operations effectively.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing operational strategies, budget management, and performance optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning science, techniques, chemicals, equipment, and industry best practices.
