Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of complex chemical processes from concept to commercialization.

• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and cross-functional teams remotely.

• Conduct in-depth process analysis, risk assessments, and economic evaluations for proposed projects.

• Oversee the technical aspects of process scale-up, ensuring smooth transition from pilot to production.

• Ensure all designs and operations meet stringent safety, environmental, and quality standards .

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in chemical process engineering and project leadership.

• Demonstrated expertise in process design, simulation , and troubleshooting of industrial chemical plants.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in chemical manufacturing.

• Exceptional remote collaboration and communication skills, with proven ability to lead virtual teams.

• Experience with project management methodologies and budget control.
