Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM execution plans and project-specific BIM strategies.
• Coordinate and federate multidisciplinary BIM models (architecture, structure, MEP, etc.).
• Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar software.
• Establish and maintain BIM standards, templates, and libraries.
• Provide technical support and training on BIM software and workflows to project teams.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure effective model sharing and communication.
• Manage the BIM content library and ensure its adherence to project requirements.
• Review models for quality, consistency, and compliance with design intent.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in BIM technology and methodologies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes and standards within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in BIM coordination and management.
• Extensive proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and relevant scheduling tools.
• Deep understanding of BIM workflows, standards (e.g., ISO 19650), and best practices.
• Proven experience in managing large and complex BIM projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities, with experience in virtual team management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Experience in 4D/5D BIM implementation is a significant advantage.
