Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Structural Engineering or a closely related field.
• Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration with ECSA, or equivalent international registration, is essential.
• A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in structural engineering, with a significant focus on complex projects and leadership roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced finite element analysis, seismic design, and dynamic analysis.
• Proficiency in state-of-the-art structural analysis and design software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, ABAQUS, Revit Structure).
• Proven ability to lead and manage large, dispersed technical teams effectively.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration and client engagement.
