Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the overall software architecture and technical vision for the company.
• Lead the design of scalable, reliable, and secure software systems and applications.
• Establish and enforce architectural principles, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define technical roadmaps and requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software engineers and architects.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance the technology stack.
• Conduct architectural reviews and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies.
• Drive innovation in areas such as microservices, cloud-native development, and data architecture.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
• 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a software architect role.
• Proven experience designing and building complex, scalable, and distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture).
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge of various programming languages and their paradigms.
• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience mentoring and guiding development teams.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives in a remote setting.
