Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive online courses and modules covering various aspects of nail technology, including manicures, pedicures, artificial nail enhancements (gel, acrylic), nail art, and safe sanitation practices.
• Conduct live virtual training sessions, webinars, and demonstrations, engaging participants and answering queries in real-time.
• Provide personalized virtual consultations and mentorship to students and professionals seeking to advance their skills or troubleshoot specific challenges.
• Develop high-quality educational materials, including video tutorials, written guides, and presentations.
• Stay at the forefront of nail industry trends, new products, and emerging techniques, integrating this knowledge into educational content.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to foster their learning and development.
• Contribute to the development and testing of new nail product lines, offering expert insights.
• Maintain meticulous records of student engagement, course completion rates, and consultation outcomes.
• Represent the brand positively and professionally in all online interactions.

Requirements

• A recognized certification in Nail Technology and a minimum of 8 years of extensive experience as a professional Nail Technician, including significant experience in artificial nail application and advanced nail art.
• Demonstrated experience in teaching, training, or educating others in the nail industry, either in-person or virtually.
• Exceptional understanding of nail anatomy, physiology, common nail disorders, and strict sanitation/sterilization procedures.
• Proficiency in creating and delivering engaging digital content, including video production and editing skills.
• Excellent virtual communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Creative flair and a keen eye for detail, with a passion for staying ahead of nail trends.
• Familiarity with various nail product brands and technologies.
• Must be based in South Africa and comfortable with a fully remote work arrangement.
