About the Role

Our client, a globally recognized tech innovator, is seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Frontend Developer to join their fully remote engineering team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex frontend features using React, Vue.js, or similar modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Architect robust and scalable frontend solutions that meet performance and security requirements.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to a team of frontend developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and code review processes to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability across various devices and browsers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend issues, ensuring a stable and reliable user experience.
• Stay abreast of emerging frontend technologies and trends, evaluating their potential impact and adoption.
• Contribute to strategic technical planning and roadmap development for frontend initiatives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in frontend development with a focus on modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js).
• Proven experience in a lead or senior technical role, with a track record of mentoring developers.
• Strong understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex) and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, including Git, CI/CD, and testing methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote-first environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
