Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex frontend features using React and related technologies.
• Architect robust, scalable, and maintainable frontend solutions.
• Mentor and guide a team of frontend engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and code review processes.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to define and deliver features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and technical debt.
• Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing new tools and techniques.
• Contribute to technical roadmap planning and strategic decision-making.
• Ensure the security and integrity of frontend applications.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional frontend development experience, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Extensive experience building complex, scalable applications using React.js.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Proven experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand).
• Strong knowledge of frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite) and testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Familiarity with TypeScript is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead engineering teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
