Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Blockchain Engineer or Developer, with a strong portfolio of deployed projects.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
• Proficiency in smart contract development using Solidity and experience with frameworks like Truffle or Hardhat.
• Deep understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic concepts.
• Experience with backend development languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go) and database technologies.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, crucial for a remote-first role.
