Key Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the overall architecture for new and existing blockchain solutions.
• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance blockchain networks.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to blockchain development teams.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to align architectural vision with business goals.
• Develop technical standards, best practices, and documentation for blockchain development.
• Conduct technical feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for emerging blockchain technologies.
• Ensure the security, integrity, and robustness of blockchain implementations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in software architecture and design, with a significant focus on blockchain technology.
• Deep understanding of distributed ledger technology (DLT), consensus algorithms, and smart contract development.
• Proven ability to design and architect complex, enterprise-grade blockchain solutions.
• Experience with multiple blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Corda, Solana).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in blockchain development (e.g., Solidity, Go, Java, Python).
• Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
