Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business transformation, change management, management consulting, or a senior operational leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex, large-scale transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Proven ability to manage and lead remote teams effectively.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional virtual communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; PMP or Prosci certification is a strong asset.
