This is a unique leadership position offering the chance to lead a flagship project in Austria before taking ownership of a growing regional delivery portfolio across Germany and wider Europe.

Location: Frankfurt based (regular travel across Germany / Austria required) Salary: €110,000 – €130,000 + package (depending on experience) Job Description The Resolute Group is supporting a global engineering consultancy in the search for a Regional Delivery Lead to strengthen its expanding project delivery team across Europe.

Initially, you will take a senior leadership role on a major data centre development in Austria, overseeing project delivery from design coordination through construction, commissioning, and client handover.

As the regional portfolio continues to grow, you will play an instrumental role in establishing delivery standards, supporting business growth, mentoring project teams, and ensuring consistent project performance across multiple European locations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior project professional looking to combine hands-on delivery with strategic leadership in one of the fastest-growing sectors within construction.

Key Responsibilities Lead the successful delivery of large-scale data centre and mission-critical projects across the full project lifecycle Provide strategic oversight across programme, commercial performance, quality, risk, and project governance Manage multidisciplinary delivery teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to client expectations Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and key project stakeholders Drive project planning, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational handover activities Develop and implement regional delivery processes, best practice, and continuous improvement initiatives Mentor and support project managers and delivery teams as the regional business continues to expand Prepare executive-level reporting, manage project risks, and contribute to regional operational

planning Requirements Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline Extensive experience delivering large-scale data centres, mission-critical facilities, industrial developments, or major infrastructure projects Strong understanding of programme management, commercial delivery, contract administration, and project governance Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams across complex international projects Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior client organisations Professional qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent would be advantageous Fluent English required; German language skills would be highly beneficial Please Note: Applicants must be living in, or eligible to work in, Frankfurt or the surrounding region.
