They're hiring a Principal Solutions Architect to own solution quality and technical strategy across their implementation portfolio — from pre-sales scoping through final project handover. Think hybrid internal CTO, platform authority, and technical quality lead for the services side. You'll mentor engineers and consultants, define architecture patterns, oversee deployment strategies for government clients, and serve as the bridge between field implementations and the product team.
Qualifications10–15+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems integration, or technical implementation leadershipStrong JavaScript/Node.js proficiency and backend/API integration experienceDemonstrated expertise with integration platforms or middleware (MuleSoft, n8n, Kafka, OpenHIM, WSO2, Boomi, or similar)Experience leading technical quality across a delivery portfolioExcellent English communication including technical workshops with government and NGO counterpartsExperience in consulting or professional servicesFamiliarity with FHIR/HL7 interoperability standards is a strong advantageDevOps experience with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD in low-resource or sovereign-hosting contexts is a plusFrench or Spanish proficiency is a bonus
