Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive remote and hybrid work strategies for clients.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in management consulting, HR consulting, or organizational development, with a significant focus on remote/hybrid work strategies.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing successful distributed workforce models for large organizations.
• Deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with remote work environments.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, adapted for virtual environments.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive organizational change.
• Master's degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is strongly preferred.
