Mission Lead and develop the People Solutions team in Germany, ensuring high‑quality HR services for employees, managers, and HR Business Partners. Collaborate closely with Global Process Owners, HR teams, and stakeholders to improve HR processes and service delivery.
Foster a customer‑centric and high‑performance culture focused on collaboration, continuous improvement, operational excellence, and employee experience. Oversee core People Solutions activities including employee lifecycle administration, payroll, occupational health management, and social relations.
Ensure compliant and accurate payroll execution in line with German regulations and company policies. Act as a key partner for HRBPs, CoEs, managers, and employee representatives across all operational HR topics. Drive the transformation of the People Solutions organization toward a more process‑driven, scalable, and digital HR operating model.
Lead process harmonization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality. Maintain constructive relationships with works councils and support collective bargaining and labor relations topics. Define and further develop the occupational health and care management roadmap
