Foster a positive and supportive team culture, encouraging open At DKB Code Factory, leveraging low-code PEGA technology is central to our strategy for accelerating and reducing the cost of our workflow digitization initiatives, particularly within the back-office area.
You’ll contribute to our technical strategy, working closely with stakeholders to turn ideas into customer‑focused, scalable Pega solutions. If you're passionate about technology, creativity and making an impact, we’d love for you to join us in shaping the future!
Work closely with product owners and business analysts to turn business needs into cohesive, customer-centric Pega solutions. Advocate for best practices and quality to fully leverage Pega’s potential. Identify Pega feasibility limits early in the agile development process to reduce risk.
Mentor and support other engineers to help them grow their technical skills and confidence.
