Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and quality assurance operations globally.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operational leaders and managers across different regions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implementing lean methodologies and best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all operational functions, ensuring performance targets are met or exceeded.
• Manage operational budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial discipline.
• Ensure strict adherence to all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards worldwide.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the operations team.
• Manage strategic relationships with key suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Oversee the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance operational capabilities.

Requirements

• MBA or Master's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with a significant portion in senior leadership roles managing global operations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics functions.
• Extensive experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic operational plans.
• Exceptional leadership, team-building, and change management skills, particularly in a remote environment.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing significant operational budgets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in the technology manufacturing sector is highly desirable.
