This role is to join our Core Engineering team, who are focused on improving both developer and user experience.
This team is central to everything at autarc and influences wider Product squads. This includes optimising database performance, working on the scalability of our app, honing in on quality assurance and working on integrating 3rd party APIs.
Ideally, you are a Backend-leaning Fullstack Engineer that will work on features for energy installers and build AI-powered automations to help scale Backend services being built in Go. You should be someone who is not afraid to work end-to-end in shipping value.
This means being able to drive architectural decisions with a long-term view on scalability and reliability.

Own and extend our offline-first sync infrastructure Shape internal Developer experience through monorepo tooling and shared libraries Go deep across the stack, from API design and database performance to infrastructure and observability Partner with Design and Product to ship end-to-end features Leverage AI tooling to acce
