Your missions You provide mental health care to: - children - adolescents - adults - elderly people You will be particularly responsible for: - conducting nursing assessments in mental health - developing individualised care plans - providing therapeutic follow-ups at home - supporting caregivers when necessary - collaborating with psychiatrists, general practitioners, psychologists, schools, nursing homes, hospitals, and the entire network - participating in interdisciplinary conferences - actively contributing to the development of our mental health sector The profile we are looking for Above all, we are looking for a personality.

An autonomous, caring, committed person, capable of creating a quality therapeutic relationship and eager to build a professional project over several years.

You have: - a nursing diploma recognised in Switzerland; - experience in mental health (minimum two years preferred); - ease in caring for patients of all ages; - excellent organisational skills and autonomy; - a driving licence.

Experience in child psychiatry, adult psychiatry, psychogeriatrics, addiction medicine, or community psychiatry is a real asset. Activity sector To gradually develop your patient base, interventions will be divided between: - the Lausanne region; - the Vaud Riviera. This mobility is essential during the integration phase.

Depending on the development of our activity, an organisation mainly centred on Lausanne or the Riviera (choice) may be considered later. This position is for you if… You want to practise community mental health. You enjoy supporting patients of all ages.
