Responsibilities In this role, you'll get to: Partner directly with cross‑functional leaders across marketing, sales, product, analytics and finance teams to drive cohesive strategies that ensure a seamless end‑to‑end customer experience across products, solutions and markets Work at the intersection of customer‑facing and product teams to create the "art of the possible" narrative for Atlassian’s customers seeking to unleash the power of their teams Create improvements in business operations, as the GTM team continues to refine Atlassian’s innovative business model by leveraging Atlassian’s industry‑leading flywheel model to hyper‑scale enterprise growth On your first day, we'll expect you to have: 6+ years experience in the following areas: business operations, strategy, product, go‑to‑market / sales strategy, monetization, strategic finance, or similar Expertise in go‑to‑market domains including marketing Top‑notch problem‑solving and analytical capabilities, including comfort with ambiguity and ability to bring a structured approach to decision‑making; Understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise marketing & sales Excellent verbal & written communications skills with all levels of an organization Compensation At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs.
