You… · Lead and manage complex client engagements, acting as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders · Build trusted client relationships and proactively identify opportunities to expand impact and value delivery · Advise on manufacturing process value chain spanning supply chain planning & management, logistics, production planning, lean manufacturing, quality management and after-market services · Drive end-to-end transformation initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in performance and efficiency · Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, and supporting client pitches · Provide thought leadership by staying current on manufacturing industry trends, including AI, digital transformation and Industry 4.0 · Demonstrate extensive experience (10–12+ years) in consulting within manufacturing industry sector · Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences in German and English (C2 proficiency) and maintain flexibility to travel About your team Our Manufacturing practice supports leading organizations in navigating industry disruption and driving transformation across their value chain.

About your role As a Manufacturing Associate Partner, you will lead strategic and operational consulting engagements for leading manufacturing industry sector clients in Germany.

Acting as a trusted advisor, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver large-scale transformation programmes across manufacturing, operations, and supply chain.

You will combine deep industry expertise with strong consulting capabilities to drive measurable business impact, improve operational performance, and unlock value through digital and process innovation. We specialise in manufacturing strategy, operational excellence, supply chain optimisation, and digital innovation.
