Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for all open positions across various departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.

• Proven track record of successful high-volume and executive recruitment.

• Expertise in utilizing various recruitment tools, ATS, and social media platforms.

• Strong understanding of employer branding and candidate relationship management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
