Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews, security audits, and formal verification processes for smart contracts.
• Research emerging blockchain technologies, tools, and methodologies to drive innovation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues in smart contract implementations.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent extensive experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years focused specifically on blockchain and smart contract development.
• Expertise in Solidity and proficiency in other smart contract languages (e.g., Vyper, Rust).
• Deep understanding of Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and other blockchain architectures.
• Proven experience in leading development teams and managing complex projects.
• Familiarity with smart contract security best practices, common vulnerabilities, and auditing techniques.
• Experience with development frameworks like Hardhat, Truffle, or Foundry.
• Strong understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and concepts.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, essential for a remote role.
