Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of iOS and Android developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Architect, design, and develop native mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Define and implement the technical roadmap for mobile application development.
• Oversee the entire mobile development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
• Ensure the quality, performance, scalability, and security of mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define app features and user experiences.
• Conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and promote best practices within the mobile development team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to mobile applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or lead role.
• Extensive experience in native iOS development (Swift, Objective-C) and/or native Android development (Kotlin, Java).
• Proven experience architecting and building complex, scalable mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and mobile data integration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams and projects effectively.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
